Fitness: Deep Stretch + Amanah of the Body Reminder

Our body is a trust - We’ll take time to reconnect with it through gentle movement and breath-work.

Mindset: Journaling, Letter to Future me & Mini Bouquet Making

This final session is about reflection. take time to pour your thoughts onto paper, write a letter to your future self, and create a bouquet that represents what we want to nurture moving forward peace, strength, beauty, or resilience.

Each workshop is a chapter in our personal story of growth, realignment, and intention.
