Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to complete my pitch?
The typical timeline is first draft within 3-4 days from initial payment, with final completion within 7 – 14 days. If you require a faster turnaround please contact us and we can accommodate this for a small additional fee.
What are the final files I will receive upon completion?
We will provide you copies of the pitch in PDF format throughout the draft and refinement process. Upon completion and final payment we will send across the complete pitch package with PDF pitch file, editable PowerPoint or Keynote file (so you can make future tweaks) along with the font files used if required.
Do I get to give comments during the process?
Building a pitch deck is an iterative process which is why we’ve included refinement rounds in our packages. Once the first draft is complete we will send it over to you to get your feedback on the content and design for further refinement and repeat this process a few times through to completion.
Are you willing to sign an NDA?
If you require an NDA we will happily complete one or provide you with one if you do not have one.
What are my payment Options?
We accept credit/debit card, PayPal and wire transfers. Credit/debit card payment is processed by PayPal for security and convenience.
I have a lot of slides, will you design them all?
For seed stage ventures we recommend 10-15 slides and for Series A we recommend 15-20 slides. Keeping your deck concise and short holds attention, and you can explain the finer details in person. Our premium design package includes up to 15 slides whilst our design + content package allows for up to 20 slides. That being said, if you require more slides than this we will be happy to accommodate this for a small additional fee per slide.

Dubai is one of the few places on Earth where starting a business is a tedious task. According to the World Bank’s Survey, Dubai is ranked 33rd of the easiest places to do business — considering its low rankings, we can safely say that starting a business in the city is going to be very hard, especially if it’s your first time.
There are 2 categories of business you can set up in Dubai Free Zones, namely:
Free Zone Company – are business that 100% owned by the person who set it up. You don’t require a sponsor or an agent to act as liaison to manage the venture. There is no restriction tying you down.

Dubai Offshore Company Benefits
The offshore possibility has basically been set up to cater for companies who need to have a regional "tax relief-invoicing-facility" - There is no minimum capital required and also no need to set up an actual office facility. The off-shore regulations have been issued according to new international standards and companies will have to register minimum one director per company, keep financial records and issue an annual financial report audited by a professional auditing company approved by the free zone. Each company must hold annual general meetings (possible also by proxy) and in short perform and act as a normal company.
The company regulations have been made out in strict conformity with new anti-money laundering measurements.
